There are a lot of frameworks out there for product vision, and I’ve used several over the years. I like what Catherine (Kit) Ulrich has to say in her post as it’s more than just a formula. It’s pretty adaptive to what you really need which is to make sure every stakeholder in your product organization buys into and is inspired by the product vision.
