High School

Rules were like Carr the floor walker…

…and I identified with…

Episcopal High School

  • Private high schools recruit private k-8 like colleges to high schools
  • Full time boarding at an all boys school
  • Mandatory or demerits
    • Clean dorm room
    • Meal attendance
    • Uniform compliance
    • Chapel attendance
    • Class attendance
    • 3 season sports participation (football and 2 seasons of track for me)
    • Study hall
    • More I can’t remember
  • Amazing English Teacher that made me love poetry and movies

Quince Orchard High School

  • I could only take so much all boys school and was not heading a good direction, so transfer back to public school
  • I played varsity football in 11th grade, but gave it up my senior year to take a lead role in the fall play. That year:
    • The football team won the state championship that year
    • I was the mascot for the only game they lost that year
    • I won an All-State Thespian award for my performance in the play

Brett Clawson

Think of me as part detective, part builder—earnest yet playful. I listen for the unsaid, connect ideas and people, and craft solutions to solve real problems. My experience spans industries, my spreadsheets are legendary, and my broad knowledge is “just dangerous enough.”

Problems, meet solutions.
